WHAT TO EXPECT

The Community Gathering is an invitation-only event created to encourage our partners to share ideas and discuss the challenges we all face in the dynamic world of hospice and palliative care.

This is not a stuffy event! Come as you are!

The relaxed vibe of Boulder will set the tone for three days of lively and collaborative discussion.

Don’t expect to be bored, we will keep it interesting and engaging.

and your goals.

(We all want to know what’s on your mind)

DON’T:

(We have scissors and will use them!)

• Expect any idle time

(We will keep you occupied)

What’s on your mind?
Is there an additional topic you’d like the community to explore at the Gathering?
